Upselling 1.3

We’re excited to introduce a feature update Upselling 1.3, which now allows you to offer upselling deals via SMS using ##inserts. This enhancement means deals can be shown based on Target Groups rather than selecting deals for each individual email. This approach is similar to how Room Upgrades work, improving the user experience significantly. This feature is particularly useful for promoting deals like late checkouts, making it easier for you to boost your revenue.

Guest Feedback 2.0

Our Guest Feedback feature has undergone a major upgrade with the release of Guest Feedback 2.0. Here are the highlights:

  • Conditional Questions: Tailor your surveys based on guests’ previous responses to gather the most relevant information. This ensures a more engaging and accurate feedback experience.
  • NPS Scale in Emails: Incorporate the NPS scale directly into your emails. Guests can now submit their ratings within the email, even if they don’t complete the entire survey, leading to higher response rates.
  • Results Overview: We’ve added a new section in the Results area to help you dive deeper into the feedback from both previous and conditional questions. This makes analyzing guest feedback easier and more effective.

Multi-Messaging – In-House

We’ve completely revamped our In-House list with a new design and exciting new features:

  • New Design: The In-House list now matches the rest of our platform, enhancing the user experience and making it easier to manage your hotel’s In-House list.
  • Table View: The new table view allows for better readability and easier access to information. It also displays additional details like unit type, rate code, and more.
  • Enhanced Modals: All the modals in the In-House list (check-in, check-out, and update guest) have been overhauled. The check-in modal now includes the departure date, making manual check-ins work seamlessly with scheduled messages. In the check-out and update guest modals, you’ll get an overview of the messages that will be sent to your guests—if you choose to send them, of course.

Multi-Messaging – Arrivals List

We’ve also revamped our Arrivals list with a fresh design and added more detailed information in the table view. But the most exciting addition is the Multi Messaging functionality. Now, you can send messages to guests based on Today’s arrivals, Tomorrow’s arrivals, specific Target Groups, or even select individual guests. This new feature leverages our email/page builder and includes templates for SMS and direct messages. This make communication seamless and more personalized.

Room Upgrades Availability for Visbook

There is an exciting enhancement for clients using Visbook with the Room Upgrades feature. Now, you can enable Availability in Customize, giving you the flexibility to show upgrades based on real-time availability. Guests can see upgrade options from emails or SMS, with results reflecting the PMS’s current availability, updated every five minutes. This ensures that upgrade requests are handled efficiently, though it’s crucial for hotels to manage these requests promptly as room availability can change rapidly.

Protel integration

We are excited to announce a seamless integration between DigitalGuest and Protel from Planet. This powerful partnership means that all hotels using Protel can now access the full suite of DigitalGuest’s features.

With this integration, you can leverage a digital guestbook along with our valuable features such as Automated Communication, Upselling, and Segmentation. This enhancement ensures that you can provide a more personalized and efficient guest experience, ultimately boosting engagement and satisfaction.
